Service relationship

Submitting a form or requesting a check does not create a client relationship. Paid work starts only after scope, price, and terms are agreed in writing.

Free calculator builder

The free Botox cost calculator builder creates an embeddable price estimator from the settings you enter. Its outputs are estimates for your website visitors. They are not medical, billing, dosing, or treatment advice, and they do not replace a consultation.

You are responsible for the prices, treatment units, products, claims, and button text you configure, for installing the script on a website you control, and for keeping those values current. Review the preview before you create.

A created calculator is immutable: its public ID and script cannot be edited. To change anything, create a new calculator and replace the script on your site. We aim to keep created calculators available, but availability is not guaranteed forever and the service may change or end.

Public IDs and registered website addresses control ordinary browser embedding; they do not make configuration data confidential. Do not enter anything you need to keep secret.

By creating a calculator you accept these terms and the research disclosure in our Privacy policy: saved prices may contribute to anonymous, aggregate research that never publishes clinic-level data.
