Tatiana Pechenikina

Tatiana Pechenikina is the founder of MedSpaCopy, a med spa SEO and AI-visibility specialist.

I help aesthetic clinics get found where patients decide: Google Search, Google Maps, and AI search.

  • ~10 years in SEO
  • 4 years med spa only
  • Remote, working with US clinics
  • Every page I publish carries my name

Who I am

Patients do not search the way they used to. They ask ChatGPT “which clinic should I go to for Botox?” and check Maps for “lip filler near me.” The only question is whether those answers lead them to you, or to the clinic down the street.

I founded MedSpaCopy as an alternative to traditional SEO agencies: you work directly with the person doing the work, and you see what is changing and why. I help aesthetic clinics get found where patients decide today, in AI search (ChatGPT and Gemini), on Google Maps, and in Google Search.

Four years of hands-on work with a U.S. medical-aesthetics clinic taught me how patients research procedures, what makes them trust a provider, and which pages help them feel ready to book. I have written or rebuilt more than 300 medical-aesthetics pages, around 180 of them for one Scottsdale clinic, many ranking on page one.

I started out as a designer, so I care how a page reads and converts, not only how it ranks. I would rather show you a screenshot and a plain report than a dashboard built to impress. The technical build, the structured data and site engineering, is handled by Anton Byvsev, an engineer with 20+ years of experience and open-source work you can check on GitHub and npm.

How I work

01You work with the person doing the work.No account managers, no reports written to impress.
02Agreed in writing before we start. The goal, the baseline, and what counts as success.
03I came from the clinic side, not an agency.I know how a patient actually chooses a provider.
04I move on AI visibility early. As a real differentiator, measured as named in X of N fresh runs rather than promising placement.

Background

I have worked on the web since 2008, first in web design and SEO, and moved fully into medical aesthetics in 2022. That path, from designer to SEO to clinic-side brand and content lead, is why I treat a page as something that has to read well, convert, and rank at the same time.

Results I can show

10,840

organic clicks in 12 months (Search Console), most from non-brand searches

1,093

clicks, one treatment-education article at an average position of 7

706

clicks, the “Ozempic face” skincare page at an average position of 5

383

visits from AI-assistant referrals over that year (GA4), 338 from ChatGPT

On one clinic we work with, Desert Bloom Skincare in Scottsdale, the pages we built earned those numbers over 12 months.

SEMrush movement record
+25.46%

positive-impact movement across 69 tracked commercial terms (PDO threads, erbium laser, neck threading) over three months.

AI Overview observation
July 2026

In dated Google AI Overviews the clinic was named for PDO thread-lift searches in Scottsdale.

* AI answers vary, so these are dated snapshots, not permanent rankings, and broader AI and Maps visibility is still a work in progress. Every figure is backed by a screenshot or first-party source (GSC, GA4, SEMrush, AI Overview capture).

Original research

I run first-party studies of the med spa market, not recycled stats.

Read the price-transparency study →
55%of 187 clinics across 10 metros show no procedure price as plain text; only about 1 in 12 show all three decision-useful facts we measured (price, a credentialed provider, and candidacy).
